Elizabeth Beatrice Hornigold, born 10 Jul 1894 in South Africa; She was the daughter of William H Hornigold and JOHANNA MATILDA BROWN. She married Louis John Poulter on 06 Oct 1917 in Port Elizabeth, South Africa after they had courted for about 10 years. They were married in St John the Baptist Church, Walmer, South Africa by the Rev Hubert Mosel.

Neville Geoffrey Poulter, born 24 Nov 1923 in Walmer, Port Elizabeth, Cape Province; married Kathleen Patricia Finnigan 14 Sep 1946 in St Saviours Church, Walmer, Port Elizabeth.

She was a book-keeper at the Dairy farm they ran in Walmer, Port Elizabeth for 27 years. She was a member of the Walmer Horticultural Society since 1929 and by 1977 had been a member for over 48 years. She was a regular exhibitor at the Walmer Horticultural Society for many years and also enjoyed gardening with her husband in their own garden till her old age. On the 6^th of October 1977, her and her husband celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary with a gathering of about 20 people.
